I'm going to abstain. What's up with their sauce?

Go there every two weeks. It's nice but inconsistent.

Their sauces taste like different flavors of maple syrup. It's too sweet for me.

As far as their hot sauces go, I make my own version of their Blueberry Balsamic Habanero sauce & their Peach Habanero(that I use Bhut's in & call Peach Ghost sauce) & sell all that I make(admittedly it's small batches, only 12 eight oz. jars at a time). I can see why you or someone else wouldn't like some(or all) of their BBQ sauce's, cause that's just such a subjective thing, but the Hot Sauces they sell are the bomb...JMO...

Absolutely. I'm just not a fan of sweet stuff on bbq. To each his own, of course.
Hey. I guess it's getting to be time to plant peppers isn't it? What do you have planned for the garden this year?

Thanks for asking... pretty much the same as last year. We got our "Organic" produce certification from the Ga. Dept. of Agriculture approved this year( admittedly it's an exemption for small family farms who sell less than $5000 of produce) so we'll be able to feature that at the Markets we'll work this year. We only did 2 a week last year, we'll do 3 weekly & 1 bi-weekly mkts this year. Imma in the middle of building a 1500sq ft. chicken pen with a coop & nesting boxes for about 20 or so laying hens to start. Gotta go to Cumming last weekend of April for a "candling class" to learn how to grade eggs etc. so I can sell them at the markets. Hoping for 8-10 dozen a week to sell to start...
Here's my chicken pen & coop (still some work to do) Coop is 32 sq ft with nesting boxes built on one end...
Guess I'm the teedawg of the dawgrant...:lol;
ETA:...the coop is 90% repurposed shite that I had or scavenged, pallets, shipping crates, shingles etc... etc...

Looks like a good start.
Hawks and coons are going to kill whatever the snakes don't get.

Peach Ghost sauce
Love growing some peppers and putting them in almost everything but still haven't gotten around to trying to make my own sauce before.
