Guides to each college town. Restaurants, interesting spots, etc. Would be bomb.
Turner South (RIP) had a really cool show called Three Day Weekend that was all about the sights, eats, and attractions for towns all across the South. I'd love to see that type of program resurrected on SECN.
I'd also want to see more SEC Storied programs, but I understand that this takes quite a bit of effort to produce.
Get rid of Finebaum. He promotes the worst of the South. The rest of us don't look/act like that.
Finally, and I'm sure I'm alone on this, but I'd love to see recordings of recent on-campus seminars and lectures from notable speakers. Put it on during infomercial hours, but it'd be interesting for us insomniacs.

No one outside Alabama gives a shite about Finebaum. Well other than Bandwagon Bama fans. It's a miserable show. I've tried watching 3-4 times and can't take more than 10 minutes before changing the channel.
As far as what the SEC Network can do to make it better, how about acknowledge more than 2-3 teams exist in the SEC. So much classic games from multiple sports with a multitude of teams, yet we don't get that at all. Should have just named it Roll Tide Network.

You must be one of those retarded callers that talks out of their arse just to hear themselves talk. ESPN has stated that it has not and will not release any rating measurements for the network in year 1 so how do you know he is bringing people in?

They should do more NFL films type stuff.
Yeah, that'd be awesome if they can get sound bites from the field like NFL films does.
With the BTN, they had shows talking about memorable games with commentary from players/coaches, which was pretty cool.

This is why I didn't want UF to lose their Network. No one cares about UF softball for the most part but now it's harder to find it on tv.

Beach Volleyball coverage and get rid of Finebaum's show

Radio shouldn't be on tv. That's my biggest gripe about Pawl.
Revamp it to an SECN centric Sports Reporters and That might be better.
Hell, I'd be happy watching a Sports Nation style show focussing on SEC sports. Nth at could be pretty funny.
The programming doesn't need to be so earnest. Have a little fun with it and poke fun at all of the schools.

I agree with that. The SEC should be ashamed of the image Finebaum puts out there.
Also less Joe Tessitore would be a great start.

The SECn game day show was terrible. They need to fire everyone on that show, or maybe just get rid of the entire show
I have always thought ESPN was out of their mind if they think Finebaum represents all SEC fans. Anyone who listened to his radio show before he joined the SEC network knew he was a complete and total Bammer homer. You Bammers can spare me the nonsense that he occasionally criticizes your school because that only happens when he thinks you can hire a better coach

This probably falls to the individual schools but I know for baseball games on SECN+, they need more and better cameras.

I've stopped listening since his move to the SEC Network, and I had listened since 2001. His show isn't the same and I never watch more than five minutes.

SEC Network should hire Jeremy Clarkson.

I tried to watch his program once. Five minutes into the program, I switched channels and thought, "I just wasted 5 minutes of my life.
Totally worthless!

Finebaum is actually have a bracketology contest that involves his callers. As in the show's "Final Four" will be his 4 "best" callers. And he spends time on his show promoting & discussing this. Please explain to how this has a thing to do with SEC sports? We all seem to want him to go, with the exception of a few bama fans, but what realistically can be done about his show being primarily a PR show for bama/saban?
