I am 100% ok with this if we have someone in hand. If we end up with another coach like Ray I'm going to be pissed. If that's the case we could have let him have another year and gone after someone next year when his contract was up.

Stricklin hinted in his PC that candidates were still in tourney play. So that's good news I guess.

I just don't see us not throwing a ton of money at someone that's either a head coach or high profile assistant. He's basically saying this was a botched hire. He knows the pressure's on and if this doesn't work out it's gonna be really tough on him.

No more R's be it Rick, Rick or Richard. Williams caught lightning in a bottle with that team and was very mediocre the rest of his career.
In fact without 94-96 Williams was under .500 at State - Do not want.
