They seriously believe Bama is an elite basketball job and Brad Stevens, Greg Marshall, Mark Few and Shaka Smart are beating down their door just hoping to get the job.

Those people are delusional.
However, Bama could (should) be a team always in the hunt for the sec title and making the tourney more than 1-2 times every decade.
But Bama has the cash and resources to bring in whoever they want. That's a fact.
