Went out and cleared off the car. The sun being out has made it a lot more tolerable then two weeks ago. Unfortunately we're going to hit double digit negative temps overnight.

expect patchy ice and solid ice as the night goes on and less people are traveling on the road.
a video in Hamilton AL US78/I22, east of MS border....expect something like this for much of the drive.

I would personally wait because in the morning temps will be above 32 by 9 AM and rising to about 45 by 12 ish

About to go out and play with the dogs. Looks like a little under 3 inches from inside.

Official final tally in Lexington is 17.1 inches. Wife and I worked all afternoon to clear a path on the driveway to the blissfully plowed Tates Creek Road. Will be able to get out tomorrow if we can get out of bed.

Liquor Barn, BE AFRAID.
