The last time Nasdaq was this high, Bill Clinton was the president and the iPhone and iPad didn't exist.

The iPhone and iPad are weird measuring sticks considering they're not even 10 years old.

This was clearly all of Bush's fault. Obama confirmed better president than Bush

Yep, as Clinton left the artificial tech bubble burst. History repeating itself.

Mhmmm.

But I wouldn't get political here, maybe wrongfully assuming you're saying Obama will leave a bubble that will pop on the next guys watch.

This shite is deep and has nothing to do with anything and president does.

If I could wish one bit of knowledge or awareness on the majority, it would be not a full understanding, but just a slight clue as to how money is actually created and the most rudimentary inner workings of the banking system.

Like Ford said, if the people knew how banking worked there'd be a revolution by morning -- and it's gotten a lot worse since he said that.

I agree with you on the evils of the banking industry, and have studied it in depth, I just know where this is headed

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men." -Woodrow Wilson, after signing the Federal Reserve into existence

1913 was the turning point

You don't wanna go to funky town? Man, that's on you brother. You're missin' out on a good time.

Anyway, it's not goin' anywhere. I've been practicing mind stuff with a traveling monk, restraint is my new virtue.

Glad to see that shared.

So odd that sometimes this stuff gets packed into the conspiracy niche, but really we've had multiple presidents talk about it. Something I don't understand.
