Loyola-Marymount isn't in the SEC. Or this answer would be the 92 East Regional Final

Well I suck and can't read good.

Maybe so but the LSU LMU game has been called the greatest single college game of all time by more than a few basketball experts. I had the pleasure of witnessing both games live and it's no contest as far as the intensity felt court-side, Duke's great victory notwithstanding.

Vanderbilt upsetting UK in the SEC championship a few years back. Epic game.

Easily the 31 pt second half comeback for UK at LSU. I was at that game sitting courtside.

Second would be the final between Arkansas vs UK 95 when UK came storming back to win in OT making certain Arkansas a 2 seed in NCAAT.

This one and UK's 31 point comeback in the last 15 minutes to beat LSU. Great track meet quality games.

In 1989 or so, I went to Oxford for the Ole Miss-LSU game.

Gerald Glass versus Chris Jackson. I think Jackson had 50+ and Glass had 40 or so.

Ole Miss won in OT.

I was at the UAB NCAA upset of Kentucky at Tuscaloosa around 1980 or so. That was a big win for UAB.

It was pretty damn incredible. If you ever get the chance to catch it when they replay it on SEC Network they have some great commentary that goes with it by former players like Travis Ford.

The 2 games I listed were huge for these reasons

92 SEC semi Bama had Caffey, Horry, Spreewell, Robinson. Arkansas had Day, Mayberry, Miller, Bowers at the time was called greatest SECT game ever. That was year Arkansas barely beat Murray St and then lost a rematch to Memphis St in Milwaukee.

95 SEC Final still holds record for largest basketball crowd in GA Dome and was used to test sight lines for the Olympic tourney. That game had all kinds of crazy talent in it also. Arkansas blew the NC in Seattle that year. But MU blew the Final Four by not fouling Tyus Edney in Boise. Norm Stewart told his team not to foul and Edney went length of court for layup.

The Mardi Geas Massacre was the biggest choke in basketball ever. Dale Brown made Norm Stewart look smart that night.

That doesn't make it any less of an incredible game to watch.

Your title was the "best SEC MBB game you ever watched".

It's not the best in the SEC or even close, but the best one I personally watched was Chris Warren beating Kentucky at the buzzer.

Not SEC, but it was a conference game for us. 2006-07 game at the Erwin center vs. the whorns. Acie Law v. Kevin Durant; double OT. Literally one of the greatest regular season games of all time.

Was the Durant team as good as the Augustine team? I can't remember the Durant team that well.

The best Arkansas Texas game I saw was 90 in the Drum Nolan walked off the court. Penders threw a fit (he was right Nolan should have been T'd up) and Arkansas tied it. They won it in OT. They then got ran out of Reunion twice in less than a month.

Texas had BMW: the Ultimate Scoring Machine (Blanks, Mays, Wright). The Hogs made a run to a Ff through Austin and Dallas to stick the knife even more at Penders.

I think the best SEC Non conference game other than the 92 East Regional Final I watched was the Southeast Final in St Pete.

Tubby flat out owned Coach K. He made Duke waste timeouts early and BBN went on a monster run in second half. Was a thing of beauty to watch.
