What was the narrative when UGA won the SEC in 02?

They played in the worst East division in this millennium and to top that off it was also the worst the West has been as they faced a 9-5 Arkansas team in Atlanta.
Were they considered a lucky team that year? Was the SEC, specifically the East, down?

Yep. Talking about shite they no nothing about. Looking at numbers that, in no way, show how the season played out. Unfortunately, UF and UT played Miami, the team that won the National title(they got robbed)

13 was actually one of the better years. Probably second best East in this millennium. 14 wasn't the worst, but bottom half.
