Lying sack of shite - can the bastard.

Or

Honest misremembering of an event a long time ago - he can stay.

I'm for the first option. Dude's worthless as a bag of horse slobber.

Would you forget being jacked at gunpoint?

How about totaling a car at over 100 mph.

Or what about that time you were in an office somewhere and somebody flew a fully fueled Boeing 777 into it

I thought his apology was lame as shite as well. Wrapping himself around the flag claiming it all came about because of his desire to thank the veterans involved.

W.T.F.?

And now he's being scrutinized for what appears to be numerous lies in his coverage of Hurricane Katrina.

Total dirt bag.

He can save his Thank yous.. We don't need them.

We may be watching him crack up mentally, or at least fake a crack up to get out from under this Maersk ship sized lie.

It's okay now. Dan Rather has come to his defense.

tPOS.

But it's not like it affects his credibility. He's mainstream media.

He said he saw a body floating in the French Quarter where there were no reports of flooding.

He never said it was floating in water.

Cut the man some slack.

Works for one of the MSM. Why'd anyone ever think he didn't?

Holy crap. My mind is blown. I never knew about this incident. I've never really thought about the lyrics to that REM song.

No, just not stupid enough to fall for all of the over dramatization and pandering that goes on with our media. I'll stick with BBC, Al Jazeera America and such.

I think he lied, embellished the truth to say the very least

But he's still my favorite anchor

On anything not related to the ME, it absolutely is far more reliable than any of our MSM.
