Refs Ruining College Basketball?

Anyone else feel as if they are calling extra touchy this year.
I mean, Mizzou and Kentucky were both in the bonus five minutes into the second half. That is more than two fouls called every minute. It headed into the double bonus with 12 minutes left in the second half.
It's been like that all year other than our Oklahoma State game I feel like. Anyone feel this way. We would have the same record regardless, just makes college basketball hard to watch for me.

Basketball officiating isn't easy. I was told by someone more knowledgeable to me that the game is called on positioning more so than what actually happens. For example if the offensive player gets into a certain position he will get the call more times than not, rather than actually looking at contact.

I've been complaining about consistency all year. I've complained when it wasn't in our favor and when it was.

They're consistent about whistling a foul when you breathe hard on someone outside and looking the other way when you cave a guy's skull in down low.

I think that along with the combo of rules that do nothing for the game when they're "emphasized" isn't doing the game any good. There's such a big difference now between what's a foul on the perimeter and what's a foul in the post it's crazy.
In last night's case it was a huge overreaction to the double techs called on Lee and Williams for getting mouthy with each other. It seemed to be a pretty isolated incident there was really no need for refs to call fouls on every single possession for about 10 possessions back to back.

Definitely inconsistent
Some refs let them play physical
Some call every little foul
Some change the way they call it during course of a game
I think the officiating is much better with the rule changes this year than it was last year

Never seen 2 players foul out before the 8 minute mark. If LSU has those kinds of fouls called in their UK game we'll be run out of the building too.

If UK wasn't running platoons they would've been hurting especially in the 2nd after those techs.

Refs have ruint SEC foot ball in the last ten years,see any bama game or auburn game !

The refs called THIRTY SEVEN fouls in 20 minutes of play in the MU-UK game.
