I'm making queso, mini taco bowl bites, loaded potato skins, brown sugar chicken wings with roasted red pepper cream sauce, and ham and cheese sliders.

Pizza dip

1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese
Pizza sauce
More Parmesan and mozzarella to top it
Diced or sliced bell pepper
Pepperoni

Mix the first 5 ingredients together and spread in the bottom of a baking dish. Put a layer of pizza sauce on next. Then layer on pepperoni, then bell pepper. Top with the other cheese. Add another layer of pepperoni. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

I slice up a baguette and drizzle with Olive oil and herbs and bake to serve the dip on.

Nah. Velveeta with ground sirloin, spicy Rotel, and green chiles.

I like to barbecue something. Usually babyback ribs, food with a handle is always a good snack.
