He dropped weight and is faster and looks to be just as strong. I think he has a bright future ahead of him.

Motivated by a contract year. Never a good sign when shopping for free agents.

Ingram just needs to get out of that stanky arse New Orleans.

he's either trying to look good for the next team he'll be on as complimentary back or he'll stay where he's at and split carries with Pierre Thomas.

the Pro Bowl is about as exciting as the Senior Bowl.

Saints can't afford to keep him.... He's gone.

I don't know about the affording part. They always restructure a few players contracts each year and hand out an outrageous deal to veteran kinda like Ingram.

I could easily see him staying.

I'm cool with it either way. If he stays the uneducated LSU fans will chime in on Saints Talk with their same tired arse jokes.

if he leaves, the Saints won't be better or worse in the backfield.

It stinks even worse now after that turd of a performance Amari and Bama produced in the Sugar Bowl against Ohio State.

Meh, I'm a Saints fan and I say keep him! This was by far his best year, Peyton messed up this year by not running him more in critical games. "Kiffen mindset".

yeah, I hear you. But Ingram only got that workload because PT and Robinson were hurt.

He did fine, no doubt about that.

but the Saints don't feature just one RB if they can help it.

this year was just an exception and it may pay off for Ingram.. you never know.

Crazy that he got into the pro-bowl (which doesn't mean much tbh) over guys like Lacy or Forte

Ingram is a pretty good back, but I think he was under 4 ypc in 6 of the 13 games he played in this year. His longest run in four years has been 35 yards. Also, he has been injury prone. He played in 11 games last year and 13 this year. I'd keep him for a cheap price, but I wouldn't pay a lot for him with Robinson on the roster.
