Penny and Fanciane gone from Bama

Multiple sources tell BamaOnLine/247Sports that running back Altee Tenpenny and tight end Malcolm Faciane are no longer involved in football activities at the University of Alabama. Neither Tenpenny or Faciane are expected to be part of the 2015 Alabama roster.
Tenpenny was a highly decorated recruit coming out of North Little Rock High School (Arkansas) in 2013 and selected Alabama over instate rival Arkansas. He was rated #51 overall and the nation's #5 running back according to the industry-generated 247Sports Composite, but was never able to earn meaning snaps with the logjam at running back during his time in Tuscaloosa. Faciane, from Picayune, Mississippi was the nation's #6 rated tight end the class of 2011 and was also a reserve during his career at Alabama.

This was expected. They've both had off the field issues since coming to UA.

They can't say they didn't know how it works at Bama: you excel, you play; You don't excel, you get processed. It's been that way for years and I imagine that's the first thing ATP was told by Burt. Woulda been a hero at Arky.

tenpenny and kamara are proof that going to alabama is sometimes a terrible choice

Also, you screw around enough, you don't get to play. ATP and Faciane were both doghouse regulars.

it didnt take a smart guy to realize 4 backs of that caliber in the same class wasnt gonna work out theres only one football
