Kentucky won't play a ranked team until the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tourney

Yeah but 2+ months of playing no ranked teams will not be helpful by the time they get to the NCAAs

I don't think so.

The SEC may not have any great teams but there's a enough tough ones that UK will keep being tested if they're not sharp.

I agree. That #1 by UK makes every team bring their A game. The Cats will get severely tested if they don't bring their A game as well. Duke found out that they can't let up in the ACC and UK almost did, twice.

Ole Miss and A&M were playing at their maximum efficiencies against the Cats and very nearly toppled UK. Both had speedy players who could run past and shoot over the tall timber that UK puts on the floor. I think that will be the game plan of opposing teams for the rest of the season.

No. They are UK they will get EVERYONE'S best shot...doesn't matter if the team is ranked or not.
