Wings have long been an obsession of mine. I have tried all of the places you listed, and as far as the quality of a typical buffalo chicken wing at a particular place is concerned, Quixotes is the best. Two years ago I wouldn't have believed I was typing that seriously, but they really do have awesome wings that have been incredibly consistent over the past year. It's the only reason I set foot in the place. 
Other than that, I really like Moes' smoked wings, and locos is very consistent. Bob's Victory is the exact same as Baumhower's, so they're pretty good too.
ETA: I do go to Island Wing quite a bit as well, but that's more for social reasons. Their wings are ok, but far from my favorite. Solid beer list though.

Agreed on Moe's smoked wings. IWC is pretty solid too I just never really think about going there.

Damn I haven't been to Auburn in 4-5 years. I recognize like 2 of those places. shite changes quick.
