Do you consider Steele an upgrade over Chavis?

Steele is not an upgrade over the grass that dumbass miles eats during the games. Worst possible hire for LSU. That is les miles final nails in his coffin. His time is coming to an end at LSU.

No.

I think Chavis is a bit overrated. Pretty basic schemes that rely on having tons of talent.

But he is a lot better than Steele.

I think he'll do good things at LSU. Better than what Chavis did? No. Better than he was at Clemson? Absolutely. Will still be top 20

Chavis is irrelevant at this point. There are systematic problems inside of LSU's program that the head coach is not correcting.

No

I am not going to give a knee-jerk reactionary melt or sunshine pump. But after two weeks of a search Steele is about an underwhelming hire as there could have been.

I will wait and see and hope to be wrong but anyone suggesting this guy is an upgrade over Chavis is an idiot.
