First off, congratulation on making it to the playoffs it was very well deserved and your ranking was proof of that.

Secondly, best of luck on New Years night. As a lifelong, diehard Buckeye fan and Ohio State alumus, it's a true privilege playing against arguably the best program in the history of college football, and certainly the most successful of the BCS era. It's not every day that my university and it's football team can go up against such a formidable opponent. Going hand in hand with that, let's all hope for as healthy of a squad as both teams can produce on January 1st and that they can both show their full strength for the duration of the contest. I wouldn't want this game to be tarnished for any reason.

And lastly, I'm sure many of you are expecting and hoping for a blow out (I'd be lying if I didn't say I would love to see our guys beat Alabama by 21+) but I'm hoping for a great, classic football game between two of the most storied programs in college football. The build-up has been fun, but it's time to get these teams on the field and let them duke it out.

Good luck again, best health to both teams and God bless.

I think it is going to be a close game either way. I hope the team isn't listening to all the media crap about the game. Ohio state is a talented football team with explosive skill position players and a wildcard at quarterback.

All they have to do is remember last year and the Oklahoma game to remind them that the media really has no clue in these bowl games

The feeling is mutual.

I do not know of anyone expecting a blowout in this one... Ohio State has proven themselves a complete, resilient bunch.

I share many of your sentiments, and wish you and your fellow fans a safe and pleasant new year.

While I can say I'm not expecting a blowout, I am indeed hoping for one. It's the only way I get to relax and enjoy the technical aspects of the game. Otherwise, I'm just a ball of anxiety.

That's what DVR and the week after the game are for.
