To Hattiesburg to join you and my wife's toothless river trash family in celebrating the winter solstice holiday Mr. Constantine hijacked on behalf of our Lord and Savior.

Here's to Christmas in the Great State of Mississippi.

I live in Hattiesburg. It's a good little city besides athletics. Football is atrocious and basketball is about to be sanctioned to hell, but baseball isn't bad. Merry Christmas brother.

But is there a song?

eta- Sandlapper is a term for all native South Carolinians. I don't think Mississippi natives are called Sandlappers because their Civil War fighters had that nickname

Sneak off to Vicki's on Walnut for a drink and duck quesadillas. Ask for Richie the bartender. Good place.

Football is atrocious? Please tell me you are talking about USM and not HS. Mississippi HS football team have been handling LA teams (ref: MC vs WM or Lafayette vs Calvary) recently. Y'all got dem Warriors & Panthers down in H-town.
