It's my understanding the shop has great working conditions, low turnover and awesome benefits. The company uniforms are pretty damn cool too.

Enters through a chimney, and mostly middle to upper class whites have the money to buy a house large enough for a fireplace. Therefore his services pander to more whites than minorities..which is why white kids typically have a better Christmas gift wise.
