Everybody thought Mizzou was going to be the Big 12ish addition that dominated the conference, but it was really Frank Martin.

Martin already demostrated his ability to out coach Calamari last year. So frustrated by Martin's coaching ability, Calamari got himself ejected from the game so he could watch Martin on TV from the locker room and try to learn a thing or two.

Now that Martin is not playing with a team filled with true freshman and a squad that lost only one player from last year, he is gunning for that number 1 stop in the conference.

Just a heads up for UK fans

Should't you have started doing that by now? You've had like 20 years.

Remember that time South Carolina won the SEC and lost to Coppin State in the tournament? Pepperidge Farm does.

South Carolina fans are adorable. Perhaps you should shoot for surpassing Vandy first.

USC has already won the SEC

Despite Alabama's refusal to acknowledge basketball, it does indeed exist.

Wasn't old Frank reprimanded or suspended by USC not that long ago?

He was coaching too good so the AD told him to take the day off against Mississippi State.

Not like we needed him to win

Mercy loss. We needed Martin to hang around to help our RPI going forward.

And it had been stuck at 10 total wins against UK for about 6 games. Gotta change it up sometimes.

If Tyndall can survive this NCAA mess then the future is bright for us. His Xs and Os and halftime adjustments are really, really good. That much is plain. I'm pleasantly surprised by their progress and play despite this team's major deficits in terms of not having the right players at their natural positions and really being a team of transfers and newbies.

That said, no one's taking UK's spot as THE basketball school. Teams can win a games against them (maybe not this year but in most years) but their position as leader in MBB is safe. It's delusional to think otherwise.

The "OP" is one of us.

You're not?

The "OP" was trolling and having a little fun.

You do get that, do you not?
