I'd like to say this is unbelievable; the fact that there is video evidence for you to see and you still disagree, however I am not surprised.

Well none of that matters. Receiving player touched the ball before the defender made contact. Play is legal and clean. Nice try.

You need to read the rules again. Even without a fair catch the returner has a right to make the catch cleanly. If the defender is within one yard of the returner during the catch it is kick catch interference.
