The hate on this board amongst most for Butch Jones is hilarious. Hell even Arkansas fans are hating on him. He's proven to be one of the best recruiters in the country. Once the previous mess is cleaned up y'all won't be hating on him anymore because Butch Jones is building something really special at UT.

I'll believe it when I see it.
The UT vs UF game was some of the worst game day decision making I've ever seen.
He might be a great recruiter, but I have serious doubts about his ability to make consistently good decisions to win games.

Well Mike Bajakian needs to be gone and I believe the play calling will get better. But yeah we played awful against y'all this past season.

Think about where Auburn is in year three under Gus following Gene's 3-9 season and playing for the National Title and where UT is at in year two of Butch Jones in the abysmal East.

His family wanted Josh Dobbs redshirted. CBJ called Joshua's family and asked if he could take the redshirt off him because getting to a bowl game would only be possible with Joshua.

If you consider legacies and fanbois as a key indicator of a great recruiter then you need help. Arkansas actually beat two teams of substance including boatracing Ole Miss who is currently in the Top 10. You hillbillies are so desperate for relevancy that you are allowing PT Barnum to frick you over one brick at a time.....

Maybe it's because my team is in the west and we tend to hate on each other and leave the east alone, but I haven't noticed any particular hate towards Tenn coach.
Bama will always hate you because of the snitch thing.
I am not going to turn this into a 30 page thread by naming current coaches, but the SEC has some history with brilliant recruiters who stink it up on game day. See Orgeron. So, it's not unreasonable for the Rant to take a "prove it on the field" attitude.
