"SEC fans" are not SEC fans

If you would pull for Alabama or any other SEC team in the playoffs because you're an "SEC fan" you are not an SEC fan. The SEC is about 2 thins: 1. passion for your team, and 2. pure, irrational, unadulterated hatred for all other SEC teams that aren't your own. If you would root for another SEC team than your own in the playoffs because you're an "SEC fan," then you need to reevaluate your fandom because that kind of thinking is soft as gerber baby food.

I personally think the people pulling for the SEC are getting pretty pathetic. At the end of the day, Alabama is pushing everyone's shite in. Some people will defend the conference to no end. The SEC really wasn't that impressive this year in my opinion. And frick Alabama winning so many titles.

I am not saying you have to cheer for other SEC teams, but Alabama being in the playoff/national title game is good for the SEC because your sorry arse schools get more money because of it.

Nah, I'm an Arky fan & an SEC fan, and I root for other SEC teams (minus a couple) when the Hogs aren't involved. ... Blow it out your ear.

I hope the conference does well simply because the stupid shite that will be said if the SEC has one bad bowl season. Some people make it their life's work to point out every OOC loss an Sec team suffers
