Go Crazy Cadillac

quote:

Earning a degree as an athlete is worth the challenge, Williams has decided. His advice to other student-athletes is to understand that the skills on the field and skills in the classroom are crucial, because a professional career in athletics is only for a short time, but an education lasts forever.

Cam is on track to graduate in the spring too. We might not have the initial graduation rates of some other schools, but we bring them back

Why anyone would make fun of someone trying to better themselves is beyond me. Very impressive that he went back and finished, no matter the degree.

Good for him. It is great when players graduation before they leave, but when they leave early it is nice to see them come back and finish up.

Hope he saved his NFL money.

Yea tell me about it. I know Carnell personally and can say he is a very good person and was smart with his NFL money. He's doing things right and wanted to get his degree finally. What's so wrong with that?

I remember this.

Didn't Auburn almost lose their academic standing due to the fraud happening with the sociology degrees?

Good for him.

Seems a few Bama fans are trying to dogpile on this guy, but I'm willing to bet they don't have a degree from Bama, much less from a community college.

Lol

Nice job caddy. I wish we'd see more examples of players coming back to school to finish their education.

Is the a guy that admits paying for sex really laughing at Carnell earning his degree?

Pffft. I once had to take a long dump while visiting Auburn's campus, and when I got done they handed me a Sociology degree as I was leaving.
