The receiver that is in the lead is Rashard Higgins, from Colorado St with 1640. Coach McElwain has the CSU Rams 10-2. This weekend loss knocked CSU out of their conference championship game.

With 2 games to play, at minimum (SECCG + Bowl) Cooper has 1573 yards while Higgins only has 1 game maximum to play.

Cooper should lead the country in receiving yards this year.

Also, to note:

He is 3 catches away from leading in receptions and 3 TDs away from leading in TD receptions. (Higgins has 3 more TD than Cooper and only has 1 game left. William Fuller from ND is tied with Cooper at 14 with one to go, as well)

Cooper could very well have the triple crown; receptions/receiving yards/TDs

Coop also continues to climb the SEC record book for single season and career receiving yards. Good chance he's finishes 2nd in both which is remarkable considering he's only played 3 years

Cooper was a warrior playing like he did with a brace on his knee.

He put on a show in probably his last game at Bryant Denny Stadium.

Cooper is my favorite player to ever put on the uni. Just such a badass on the field and a great guy off.

450 yards in 3 games (max) 150 yards per avg.....He has to have a monster finish and hope we get 3 games instead of 1.

Amari needs 5 TDs

Amari needs 451 yds and will probably need 3 games to have a chance

Amari needs just 3 and with 2 or 3 games left should be there

Barring injury 4 of those are obtainable and a 5th possible. Do not see career receptions when still needing 56 to break it.

If he was't hurt last year. He'd had a monster career

And Cooper didn't even become a starter until midway through his freshman year. Still put up huge numbers
