Or he's at least floating the idea around on the twatter.
No chance in hell, as I told him because of the A&M deal, and he rebuttals with Mizzou has played 2 neutral conference games in the past. I don't think any SEC team that I can ever recall has played 2 conference games at a neutral site in the same season.
There is virtually nothing in that for us, we don't need help recruiting Missouri like in Texas with the A&M deal, and KC couldn't come close to offering Jerry Jones money. Add in the travel to KC from Columbia and then from Fayetteville, and gtfo.

If Mizzou wants to play their home game at Arrowhead, that is fine, we've been playing teams in WMS for years instead of at home.
A yearly deal at Arrowhead?
No thanks.

We don't need to lose another chance to host recruits. I agree that we gain nothing from playing in Kansas City.

No way that would ever sell out either.

I don't think many Mizzou fans would be happy with such an idea either. Heck, a majority didn't like having the Illinois game in St. Louis and the kansas game in KC and right now, no one likes the idea of BYU in KC (which was our AD's wish as it could have been our home game if we wanted it to be).
The KC people were pretty concerned about losing their relevance with the move to the SEC. In the Big 12, KC was in the heart of the conference. In the SEC, they are as far from center as one can get. So our AD has been trying since day 1 to get as many games/tournaments as he can in KC.

get fricked KC. You have the Royals, Chiefs, some footie, fountains, and rape at the Plaza.
You don't get the Razorbacks until you can start pumping out some talent for us.
and Derek Hood doesn't count anymore.

Hell no. At least not until the Jerryworld contract is up

This Missouri rivalry isn't going to take off. They don't really compete well in any sport, their fanbase isn't terribly supportive, and they've got too many pro teams to fall back on when Mizzou's not having a great season. Well maybe it's not falling back on as it's more Mizzou only gets noticed when it's doing really well, and then they fall flat on their face.
I think we need to recruit the KC area more, but certainly not at the expense of the Metroplex or home games.

I don't believe that. I think it'll be a decent little rivalry in a few years, especially in hoops.

Hoops maybe, but I don't see it in football.

A good collegiate rivalry transcends all sports. Don't see it happening with Mizzou. It nearly worked with LSU.

Yes and no, lets not act like Duke-UNC give a shite about each other in anything but hoops.
Plenty have a single sport major rivalry.
But with Haith gone now, idgaf about Mizzou in hoops now either.

Agree with this...
Feels trite and contrived, their fans didn't even support their last Cotton bowl invite. Tix were selling for half face value. Many of the suites went dark, sad..
They have the cards, rams, chiefs, etc... and they really don't invest into their college teams like many do.
That stadium is pretty pathetic as well

Dump Little Rock for good and I'd entertain the Idea for a season or two.

This line of thought is humorous because it's exactly the way LSU feels about us.

I would have no problem with playing then there yearly if three conditions were met.
1. No more Little Rock games
2. A&M contract in Dallas is up
3. The game is moved to any other week on the schedule besides thanksgiving.

The problem with it happening in football is that it looks like it will always be scheduled after LSU and Ole Miss, which are our two most hated SEC rivals, IMO.
Mizzou is kind of the "meh" after the hate games, at least the way the schedule is set up now.
LSU and Ole Miss are personal, while Mizzou is wtf. I imagine they feel the same way about us.

As cool as this would be for me as a chiefs fan, it really makes no sense. I don't even like the Dallas game.

Throw in them letting Knile Davis suit up for the hogs and maybe it's a deal lol
