I just accidentally drove through campus at Southern Miss. What a shithole! I had no idea how run down it was.

from AL to Meridian its ok, from Meridian to Hattiesburg it's ok. from Hattiesburg to LA state line, it blows.
and dont go over the speed limit - they will nail you no matter how far over you are.

The Lebanese restaurant across the street is legit though. Some of the best grape leaves I've ever had (that weren't made by my SO's mother, of course).

All joking aside, I can't say I have seen an SEC campus as run down as this one. The only ones I haven't been to are Missouri and A&M. Can't tell you much about those.
