Gurley has more rushing yards walking to class than GT has on any given Saturday

He was suspended by UGA. That's whh UGA did the investigation and presented the findings to the NCAA. That's one of the few facts that was covered pretty well

Gurley has almost 100 yards more than the next RB in the SEC. And that's despite not playing in about 2 and 3/4 games. Hot damn.

Three things:

1.) This galvanized a team. Mason came alive, the defense took it upon themselves to wake up, and Chubb introduced himself as a serious threat when Gurley isn't in.

2.) Unlike FSU, we don't have to worry going forward about the NCAA uncovering something or vacating wins down the road.

3.) UGA looks really, really good from a PR standpoint for following protocol and abiding by the rules (as fricking stupid as they may be) while FSU continually ignores the rules and all common decency. Plus, we've been winning which has garnered a lot of attention for dominating without Gurley. With him, we likely don't garner that same attention (and, moving forward, media attention is going to be like currency in terms of influencing the playoff committee).

This whole thing has been a major win. Short of all but torpedoing Gurley's Heisman campaign, what did UGA exactly lose out on?

Galvanizing the team and Mason stepping up and taking a big leadership role and elevating his play on the field have been two things that make this team so dangerous right now. Even when he messes up, Gurley helps make UGA a better team

You forgot that all that has transpired has to be a major mind-frick to world class dipshit, Bryan Allen.

Who is a gator fan. Honestly, I can't imagine this situation turning out any better than it has.

I had a dumb arse Tech alum come to my desk and ask how much Id charge for an autograph and him and his gay tech trio started cracking up....I was like..frick you...at least people pay for our players autographs.

needless to say there wasn't much of a comeback.
