You never see this kind of thing in the South other than after the occasional New Orleans hurricane. Why do party goers in the north just start tearing stuff up?

I didn't say anything about Katrina. My point still stands. The only time you see something like this in the south is after the occasional hurricane in New Orleans. That's quite literally the only example I could think of in the south. It was to help illustrate my point.

I think it's because they have to get their first sexual experiences with goats. Their women are off limits until they get married and, even then, they have to frick them in their burkas, in the dark. They can go their whole lives without seeing their wives' pussies.

I have been in a riot in The South before, it was a party that got out of hand, probably 5,000 drunks and stoners involved. Some cars got turned over in the streets and everybody got teargassed I don't think there was any real violence between the police and rioters, but some people got hurt trying to escape the teargas.
