Taking her to San Antone for a Spurs game and to hang out. We love the town cuz that's where we got hitched, plus she's never seen the Riverwalk at Christmastime. It's a huge tourist trap, of course, but I don't care. Whatever makes her happy. Then gonna hang out in Kansas City for awhile if the weather cooperates.

I remember when my ex left one week for Christmas -- I had no idea what to do with myself. I thought I'd enjoy the freedom to do whatever I wanted and it just ended up being eating Doritos on the couch.
That sounds like a great trip planned, man. Although from what I've heard the weather has been insane in most of America.
I'm meeting some friends downtown tomorrow (finally got myself another American down here to help me cause trouble) -- gotta get some rest. Enjoy your evening, man.

Me lol.
My family thinks I am not "black enough" for them. I like things like horse racing and jazz and occasionally I like to smoke crack lol. That might have something to do with it. Which ironically enough makes me very black lol. But oh well.
I'm just really different from everyone else. I'm not all that religious and I have a very religious family. I really don't keep in touch all that much.

I get the same shite, but thankfully only from my extended family. I'm not very close with them, but the fact that I apparently "talk white" and like NASCAR along with basketball and football usually comes up whenever I do see 'em.
I say just keep being yourself and liking whatever the frick you like Trying to fit everything through a "black" stereotype is pointlessly exhausting
