Is a #1 vs. #2 Egg Bowl the biggest regular season game of all-time?

An LSU friend I know shite his pants when I suggested this. Said it doesn't beat LSU-Bama. I'm not so sure though. LSU and Alabama aren't natural rivals. I think a natural rivalry combined with both teams having unreal years would make this game the biggest I've ever seen.

Let them make it there first.

Both are going down in the next 3 weeks so it doesn't matter anyway.

I was told that both would lose last week as well.

Hmm.

The two teams aren't as good as LSU/Alabama 2011.

It would be a huge game, though. I won't try to really rank it.

It would be right up there with LSU-Bama 2011.

And we know now that these teams were overrated, but the 2006? Ohio St-Michigan game was pretty huge.
