For the first time that I can remember, I've missed an entire Saturday of football being at Tomorrowworld with shitty AT&T service. I noticed a lot of surprising scores checking this morning.....

Does Bama still look good.... kidding

Auburn/LA Tech - good D by Auburn, more inconsistent offense, easy win, a little ugly

A&M and georgia should have lost, but found a way to win.

La Tech is good enough to be in the SEC, just like Kansas State.

Shot ourselves in the foot with shitty offensive play for 3 quarters. Gave up a 50 yard TD run on a fake punt. Offense woke up in 4th to tie it 28-28. Scored on first play of OT. Stuffed Arky on 4th and 1 to seal the deal.

Apparently Mizzou beat Scar, I didn't see it. Keeping up my streak of not watching Mizzou.

Watched Arky and A&M, thought Arkansas was going to hold on, but ineptitude found a way.

Georgia looked great at times versus Tennessee, but their defense is still awful and they were just good enough to get the victory.

Ole Miss looked like hot garbage against Memphis until the end of the game. 7-3 for the first three quarters of play, and Dr. Bo threw some picks. Defense looked great, but no one is going to say Memphis knows how to score points.

LSU showed they can still beat cupcakes, and now Harris (the freshman QB) is Jesus.

Auburn was only up like 24-10 or something in the 4th against La. Tech but they turned it up towards the end.

No real surprise with UGA vs Tenn. Came down to the end. Tennessee Qb is a tough one and if they stay on the track they are going they will be a problem for the East. Gurley.. well he's Gurley. Our Qb is not Murray for sure, and our secondary needs to improve Greatly.

Arky and A&M well was an exciting game from beginning to end. BB had the game just couldnt finish it. Arky well improved from last year. Their RBs are damn good

Carolina and Mizzou.
Definitely not an offensive show by no means. Both offenses had flashes and Davis looks a lot better than earlier in the year. It was the defenses that were the class of the teams last night. Came down to the very end.

Only games I watched

An Arkansas State fan on twitter told me that they would be bowling if they were in the SEC and could beat Vandy, Kentucky, Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas and Ole Miss.

He was dead serious.

Did Arkansas play ball control against A&M? How was A&M's secondary. My assumptions have been you need to run the ball consistently to beat a&m. It's an interesting matchup when we play them because I haven't seen that with our running game yet.

Was Georgia just sloppy in defense? Are they one dimensional with hudson mason?

Mizzou and SC both sucked. Mizzou sucked slightly more than SC for most of the game. SC sucked slightly more at the end of the game.

Yesterday was the first Saturday in years that I didnt watch a single down of football. Bama wasn't playing and had to photograph a wedding all day.

Had a couple of people updating me on FSU and Ark/A&M but that was it.

Let's say Mizzou misses the XP and this game gets into overtime.

I would've predicted the game would go to at least 3 OTs still tied at 20-20.

LSU started the game vomiting on offense... 3 of the first four drives resulted in turnover. We started the game with one offensive touchdown in seven possessions.

Then Harris came in. He's better than perriloux.

LSU-Jennings is shite, Harris is the savior. LF ran over, through, and around their defense. Darrell Williams is a tank. Our O-line finally looked like what we thought it would be once Harris came in. Kendall Beckwith had a pick 6 and multiple tackles around the LOS, but we still played DJ more and he gave up a massive QB run for a touchdown just like last week. Still not sure what he supposed to be good at. Overall, our season has a lot of variables. It can go a lot of ways.

Arkansas ran it right at A&M for 2 TDs early. Since their QB Brandon Allen was looking good, they curiously began to go 50/50 run-pass just before the half and througout the rest of the game even though their offense seems predicated upon running it on early downs. Their OL is huge, they have the best running game in the conference. Also had a game-sealing TD called back because their 9 foot-tall OL tripped a dude for no reason.

A&M's secondary is garbage, just like their entire defense. Under-sized across the board, but they did stop Arky when they needed to late in the game.

Arky let not 1 (like vs. LSU last year) but 2 bombs sail over their DBs heads to give the game to A&M.

Kenny Trill not as advertised. Can't read defenses. USCe's secondary just sucked.
