How strict are they with student tickets?

Thats what i expect/wanted to hear.

I really figured it would be ok but didnt know if in the few years ive been gone if it has changed

It depends on who is at the gate you choose to enter in the SEZ. I have used student IDs for friends and had them barred admission. In 2009 at the UT game, I had a friend using an ID and was barred admission at each gate.

Things may have changed since I left but I've had both success and horrific experiences using other people's IDs

I thought about using my old student id for the Alabama game and when it didn't work just look dumbfounded and say their scanner was broken. Instead I spent 190 dollars.
