Go back to Oklahoma State. Get Gundy. I wonder if his ego could handle following Miles though.

But on the other hand, I bet he thinks he could be more successful.

They try to rekindle the magic of the Curley Hallman years by giving him another go.

They know that he laid the foundation for Dinardo...LSU fired Curley two years too soon.

Harbough at LSU would cause the rest of the SEC to just give up. It would be a Saban-esque move.
But, it would never happen even though if there is an opening you go throw $9 million a year at him and it pays for itself immediately.

But, LSU will go try and find a guy from a mid-major on the cheap and in 3 years we'll be wishing we had Miles back. That has been the LSU way and we happened to strike gold with Saban and Miles, but the chances of getting a Derek Dooley are MUCH higher.

Miles has been a good coach, but the game has passed him by. He is not adapting and in the SEC, you set the pace, adapt, or you move on.

Truthfully I hope Les Miles is at LSU for a long time.

Saban would drop his nuts to come back to Baton Rouge.

Saban.

Won't happen but if it did then they should go after Gundy and hire Orgeron as his defensive coordinator.

How am I dumb? Y'all are writing off the best coach LSU has ever had for losing one game, and naming some of the best coaches in the NFL. Not to mention, it takes a special someone to willingly move to Baton Rouge.
