MSU and LSU Fans Traveling in for the Game Today, Be Wary of MS Hwy 49 S

The City of Hattiesburg has blocked off one lane of traffic starting just outside the city. Traffic crawling at a snail's pace. May want to bypass the city on your way in.

Watch out for cops on 49 20 miles both side of Lucedale, and I 10 ten miles both side of Gulfport.

Why would anyone be on 49 to get to BR? Do you mean 59?

No. Hwy 49. Saw quite a few LSU fans coming in this way on my way home today. I imagine people have various reasons for traveling this route.

Lucedale is not on or near hwy 49

Also, it's US Hwy 49, not MS Hwy 49.

Just bypass Mississippi altogether. Worth it.
