Besides zone-read, what other wrinkles do y'all expect in the future?

I feel (or rather, hope) that we have been very vanilla on offense thus far and have some more varied looks and plays that will be used in the upcoming games.

Zone-read/read-option is a no-brainer with Sims.

PA roll outs. It seems like Sims runs those really well to the right. I also really like Fowler as a receiver from the FB position.

ETA: And a Cam Sims jump ball play in the end zone.

TE screens off of PAs, rollouts, and hopefully off of the end-around look.

Deep TE seams with OJ. With so much attention on Cooper, OJ will be wide open every time

I really feel we have held back on our run game to this point. I expect a lot more power running starting this week. Also expect to see more speed rushing off the edge. Though we have been playing a lot of nickel due to style of play by our opponents, I really think we will see a lot more of an outside blitz attack in the future now that we are in conference play. Yeah I agree. This team is gonna have to be a power running team. Sooner or later we will have to hammer the opponent. I'd like to see a couple off tackle and toss plays for Henry. It seems like all they've done with him so far is run him right up the middle, except for the time he went off LT for the TD against WVU

Sims executed that one zone read run to perfection. I would like to see it more.

Was happy to see them roll Sims out a lot this week .Thats where hes the strongest imo .Nobody will keep up with our wr's and te's that long .If they do he tucks and runs .We are going to be a force on offense .

Fowler lead blocking for Henry from the I formation, off tackle seal the edge a D it will be a hard run play to stop. Not many Lbs, Safety or CBs will be able to bring him down with Fowler in front.

@_DCReeves Amari Cooper has been targeted on 46.3% of Alabama's pass attempts so far. Huge number. Caught 33 of 44 passes thrown his way.

Definitely. Trips left, trips right, whatever. Even if we are just gonna use him as a blocker on screens, get him on the field and give defenses something to worry about.

in mop up time in the past he was very effective with it. I've been waiting for it this season. It is a good compliment to what we're doing on offense.
