481 yards.

Good for 1 point for every 48.1 yards...or 1 score for every 240 yards.

Slowed down?

Outside of LSU and Arkansas, I don't think SEC teams recruited Texas much before A&M. It's since picked up.

Glad you adopt the give up yards style of play. Should work well.

Bump... LSU leads for Eric Monroe, 5 star safety out of Texas.

I hope we keep slowing down in our Texas recruiting

By the transitive aggy property if we get him, then we OWN texas, WE ARE THE COOL SCHOOL IN TEXAS. We are on the UP and COMING. We have THE TALENT OF ALL TALENTS. All other schools recruit nuns and geriatrics.

We have all the rest apparently and have been recruiting 5 stars out of Louisiana as well. To think that LSU owns Texas is ridiculous. Alabama probably gets better recruits from Texas on average than LSU.

You give yourself excellent thread participation

Unless Nick, Les, Bret, Mark or Steve figure out that they are running the wrong offense then their chances for future national championships are slimmer than most think.

When Texas A&M gets their defense loaded with 4 and 5 star athletes with some experience the teams like LSU won't even be in the discussion UNLESS they change their offense and upgrade.

This might be the most completely uninformed piece of speculation I have ever read on this site.

Once again, this thread is stupid....

...but, Eric Monroe has been to our last two games against rice and Lamar, and it's a long way till February 2016. Little early to start counting chickens.

I'm pretty sure he does, but Monroe has an offer, correct? I know we have offers to Brandon Jones and Deontay Anderson for 2016 as well, and they are both projected as safeties also right, or is one more of a corner at the next level?

I know our interest and Monroe's interest has picked up much more recently, and he has stated as much.

I tried to tell you swamp kitties that you are on the way down. You have the wrong offense and you are hell bent on keeping the same "wrong" offense.

You have the athletic talent but the Kevin Sumlin offense beats you with even athletes and of course can beat you with lessor athletes, i.e. Mississippi State!

Probably one of the dumbest post ever made in the history of mankind seeing how MSU just mudstomped the corndogs at home. Your offenses sucks and you are going all in making sure that you don't run a winning offense....not to mention that your QB isn't very good.

You can recruit Eric Monroe but unless he can help you with your crappy loser offense then what do you have? Eric Monroe isn't going to slow down Zac Prescott or Kenny Hill!

I guess you corndogs haven't figured out that you and Arkansas are probably the bottom feeders in the SEC West right now!

We will know soon enough how good the 2014 Aggies are....but we already know that LSU pretty much sucks with a senior / junior lead team. A&M's freshman and sophomores are likely going to kick your butts this Thanksgiving anyway. Our younger players are getting more experience. Your older players are getting experience as well....at losing to better schemes, not necessarily talent (see MSU)!
