The following is taken into account: the type of offense said player is in, stats in past years, opponent, overall ability (measurables) and a little subjective reasoning.

1) DeAngelo Benton 2.0 (Auburn)
2) Amari Cooper (Alabama)
3) LaQuan Treadwell (Ole Miss)
4) Malcome Kennedy (Texas A&M)
5) Sammie Coates (Auburn)

Honorable mention: Travin Dural (LSU), De'Runya Wilson (Mississippi State), Ricky Seals-Jones (Texas A&M), Cody Core (Ole Miss), DeAndrew White (Alabama) and Nick Jones (South Carolina).

I know that Kennedy had better stats, but if I can have any WR in the SEC, I'm taking Ricky Seals-Jones.

I would list John Diarse as an honorable mention too. He was huge for LSU.

there is NOTHING flashy about Malcome Kennedy. But, I'll be damned if he doesn't get open AND have big mitts that haul in everything thrown his way. Consistency.

I expect to see continued improvement.

He can be a beast.

We had 11 different players catch balls this weekend, with 7 of them having over 25 yards (not a crazy amount of yards i realize, but also not insignificant). Our receivers and backs also had a ton of great blocks which is encouraging because we've been lacking in that aspect lately.

I really like our WR corps. Definitely a solid group of SEC football players.

North, Pig, and Pearson are all top notch athletes. Josh Malone looked very good too. Not sure if you can rank any one of them in the top 5, but that's mainly because Worley did an outstanding job of spreading the wealth.

Josh Smith - 3/48
Jason Croom - 2/41
Marquez North - 4/38
Pig Howard - 6/37
Von Pearson - 3/27 1 TD
Josh Malone - 2/26

I think North, Malone, Pearson, and Pig all have NFL potential.

I would have not put Sammie in there, he had an off game. But Duke is the real deal.

Marquez North
I am expecting big things from him.

Even drafted him late in my college football fantasy football draft despite quarterback and offensive line issues...

All five are great players. I'm sure Alabama, A&M and Ole Miss fans would all take their player first, but all have good chances at being solid pros.

1 catch, 13 yards and a dropped 42 yard TD pass that was a beautiful pass from Marshall...get him out of here!

By his standards, Worley played lights out Sunday night. It was Utah State, but defense was allegedly the strength of their team.
