Yes , I am an MSU fan and I spelled Mississippi right.

Ole Miss played the better team in week 1 for sure , but MSU won bigger. Who looked better to you SEC fans?

Can't say since the disparity between opponents was so great.

Southern was relevant in 2011. Boise State? Not since 2008-2009. Edge to MSU.

MSU played, quite possibly, the worst team in the FBS. Hard as hell to take anything away from that game. Likely will be the same for next week against UAB.

Bo and our Oline looked like this in the first half. But then both looked much better in the 2nd half(Bo looked a hell of a lot better)

but if we're going to who looked better.....obviously MSU. Anyone will look great when they're playing a glorified scrimmage.

USM had a goose egg at the end of the game. They only crossed the 50 yard line 3 times all game and one of those was because our backup QB fumbled a handoff to a second string RB.

I realize the opponents were different. However, OM gave up a ton of offensive yards. State pitched a shutout and has allowed only one offensive TD in the last 13 quarters. Our defense looked far better than our O.

USM is currently 1-25 over the past 3 seasons. Quit bragging about how well you did against them.

Boise beat USM last season by 50 points....

And 2010, when they went 12-1. And 2011, when they went 12-1. And 2012, when they went 11-2. Do you even watch football? Last year was only the second time in 12 years they didn't reach 10 wins.

We pulled our starters in the 1st Q. We could have hung 200 on them if Muffin wasn't scared of pissing off the governor.

I hope you're not insinuating that Boise and Southern have comparable offenses. Had we played Southern we would have shut them out.

How come Dak and your other starters were playing in the second quarter then?
