Suddenly the "Revenge Game in Sanford" is irrelephant

The West will be won in Jordan-Hare on November 8th.
If Auburn takes down the Aggies, they'll have Georgia waiting on them for a rematch in the Dome, for the first time in the history of the SEC Championship Game.
With South Carolina crapping the bed and Alabama's offense getting Kiffin'd (Mississippi schools need not apply), Auburn can drop the game in Sanford and still make it to Atlanta for another go at the Bulldogs. I'm not saying I think we drop it, but if we have to lose one, I'd rather it be against the team we'd potentially get another shot at down the road.
Auburn's defensive line is going to need to do a lot of growing up before we have a chance of slowing Gurley down enough to outscore them, but we hung 30 points on Pruitt defense with more talent and more time to prepare.

Some Auburn fans are starting to act like Aggies after winning one game. Still a long season and Auburn could still lose several games

State scares me, not gonna lie. But we've got more talent and I'll take Malzahn over Mullen any day of the week and twice on Saturdays
LSU hasn't beaten an Auburn team that finished with a winning record in Jordan-Hare since like, 1996.
USC could rebound, especially by week 8, but I think we outclass them regardless
Hugh Freeze is the worst playcaller I've ever seen
Alabama's got a lot of question marks right now. They very well may have it put together by the end of the season, but they'll probably have lost a game or two by then. And at that point, they won't be playing for a championship, so the players won't care, right? #SugarBowl

problem is - you won't beat Aggie
I'm not so sure about Bama, Ole Miss or LSU either. never mind us...

Is that some sort of hybrid elephant?

I'm okay with the new SEC world order

I agree with the long season part of this, but I dont see Auburn losing "several games" unless injuries become an issue.

I'll go ahead and say A&M is going to be a nightmare for us if we don't develop a much better pass rush. If we played them this coming week, they would hang 60 on us.
SC isn't as bad as they looked, A&M is just really good.
And LSU looked exactly like a LSU Les Miles team looks. I didn't say a word about them in that game last night because I expected them to come back and win. It is just what they do. They never quit and Miles instills massive confidence in their belief that they are going to win when it counts. Their qb stepped up and played big when they needed him to.

Obvious joke was obvious
I mean I can edit it to "irrelevant" if you want me to but it's not particularly relevant to standard comprehension of this thread

Ours was a ranked opponent in primetime on ESPN and won the Orange Bowl last year

One game dude and to say Auburn looked like champions is just dumb.
You realize AU and UA had about the same number of yards and gave up about the same number of yards. And I'd say WVU is a lot better than Arky.
Give it a few a few weeks, then start in . . .

Miles is 7-2 against Auburn, 2-2 on The Plains. The losses are by a total of 11 points. Your point is correct though.
