The eve of the first game and I know some of you are having a panic attack knowing he is not on the field.

I never got it.

I watched some of his games in H.S. By no means was he a lights out linebacker, but he wouldn't have problems filling his assignment, and stepping up to make a hit.

It always baffled me.

Yeah against reasons like Thompson (my old high school) where the players are undersized. Its a lot different future NFL rbs and te.

ill always be grateful for him strapping up every saturday even when hurt in the orange and blue and busting his arse even if he wasnt the best out there, but hell no i wont miss him.

We used to say the same joke about him. He showed so much promise his Fr year. After the Reggie Nelson put him on his arse he never recovered. Today Nelson would be ejected, but at the time I said to myself, "he aint gonna get up".
