Bruce seems to be keeping expectations well contained, but having all these transfers here along with the possibility of Reed joining in December makes me believe it's becoming a stronger possibility.

You also have to consider the toughness of the majority of the SEC...could set us up to win more games than we would if we were in the ACC.

It is at least possible now. But I'll be happy to get a win or two in the SEC tournament and a couple in the NIT. Basically a strong Feb-March finish.

After the Barbee shite show, I would be happy with good competitive basketball where the team continually improves.

Agreed

This sounds a lot like what we were saying going into the 2013 football season. Hmmmm

"We're going like this!"

No doubt we'll be an NIT team on the bubble for the ncaa's.

Bruce Pearl is great for basketball.

He will sell advertisements and be a great storyline in March.

Auburn will never be "on the bubble" because the NCAA committee will twi$t and figure out a way to get Pearl'$ team in the tourney.

I am certain of that.

I feel exactly like I did then. I am looking forward to being able to actually watch an Auburn basketball game without fighting the urge to strangle my cat.

This reminds me of the Iowa State team two years ago that was composed of almost all transfers that made a lot of noise throughout the year
