Saw that on the news this morning.
Thus far all that have been torched are vacant and they're in a very close geographical area.
As a longtime vollie, it pains me to say this but if they look around the first due and automatic aid fire departments (and I promise you they're already doing so), with particular interest in new recruits, recent departures, or anyone rejected they'll more than likely find the answer.
