It is my understanding that you don't HAVE to pass 2 to get hired...it is just generally what employers are looking for.

I'm an engineer (computer/electrical) and like my job, but I've thought about going back to school for architecture. I've had the same job for 14 years and I like it, but think I'm going to get tired of it in the future. I really love designing and building. I wanted to be a civil engineer first but they made the least money and had the most liability. I'll probably never change careers (I've got a good job and good benefits), but if I did it would probably be architecture.
