Texas A&M nearly reached the summit in 2012; their SEC record slid from 6-2 to 4-4 in 2013. Will it descend to 2-6 this season?

True, the losses to good Alabama, Auburn, and Missouri teams were close; however, that was with Mike Evans and Manziel. No one knows how this year's offense will look, but I think it's reasonable to assume that it'll statistically regress.

Texas A&M hasn't had a "home field advantage" versus decent SEC teams the past 2 seasons, and their road dominance was broken last season as well.

South Carolina, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Alabama, Auburn, and LSU are all tossup games. Missouri may be a threat later in the season also. Mississippi State didn't match up with the Texas A&M offense well enough to compete for 4 quarters the past 2 seasons, so I'm of a neutral opinion on that game.

LSU and Alabama aren't in declines, and they will finish Top 3 in the West again.

Sumlin only won with Sherman's players.

A&M will take a step back this year, but I think the program is heading in the right direction.

This!!! Is it still to be determined if Sumlin can recruit at the same high talent level as Sherman.

Mack Brown grabbed every 4-5 star player in the state of Texas and the longhorns still sucked.

I don't think A&M wins a single conference game this year.

I think without Manziel, they return to irrelevance.

Yeah I expect us to miss a bowl this year and then the next few years I'm not sure we will win an SEC game.

Just can't compete in the vaunted SEC.

I think A&M will be better this year, without JFF.

The two Mississippi schools will play a big factor in the west standings this year. I think that we will see a drop with A&M while Arkansas remains toward the bottom because of a lack of talent to compete in the west. We should see Alabama and Auburn in those first two slots followed by State/Ole Miss, LSU, A&M, & Arkansas.

2-6??? WAAAAYYYY to optimistic. I think we lose every game by 100 with Lamar being a tossup.

How the hell is LSU a toss up game? We've beaten the brakes of the 2 out the last 3 times and they have yet to beat us.
