this is just pathetic. any other stadiums have huge, horrible looking ads in prime spots like this?

Can't see the picture (Thanks Gov IT) but I remember when Bama was playing at Legion Field and Mercedes had just announced they were coming to Vance Alabama. Mercedes put a huge hood ornament on the top of the scoreboard for the world to see.

It's not that bad. I'd much prefer Coke or Home Depot Field than Answers.com Field or something stupid.

its frickin pathetic..if there's one thing LSU does best, its appeasing to advertisements. go look at other big time programs and their stadiums, they don't have nearly the amount of ad space making it look like fricking Tin Cup's shirt in the open.

just something about the new sign taking away from the tiger head and no more years of our national championships just rubs me the wrong way.

they took the advertising off the digital portion of the scoreboard and put it on the static part. that way to leave more digital space for actual game footage. people will complain about anything. at least its a classic company like coke. i dont think it looks bad at all.

I've always noticed LSU went above and beyond in the ads dept. Don't y'all have the golden arches over some of your tunnels in the stadium? I agree, it sucks.

So is it really "Coca Cola Stadium?" Or is that just a reference to the sign. The sign isn't what I'd want up there but not nearly as bad as saying Death Valley @Coca Cola Stadium.
