I am talking about, you mention it, youre probably banned...

Like bonfire for us.
Katrina for LSU.

Do any other schools have that "off-limit" "don't cross that line" issue?

Just want to make sure before football season starts.. its been a long offseason and don't want to get put in timeout.

I see that talked about quite often with no people actually getting pissed to the point of RAing the post. Maybe I haven't paid close enough attention though.

That won't get you banned though. No person died. It's a sad story to see a tradition end in the way it did, but it wasn't tragic like the hurricane, tornados, or bonfire incident was.

There's definitely a difference between hot button and "will get you banned."

CIYE got a multi-month ban for making a team vote joke.

LSU fans got a little sensitive on that one. Crazy thing is I've since seen more team vote jokes that no one seems to care about.

its really funny how much it upsets some of their fan base that one of their most celebrated athletes is openly gay and didnt have nice things to say about how she feels on the schools policies towards gay people.

too fricking bad for them.

And it's hypocritical how she chose to go to a school that (supposedly) opposes her chosen lifestyle (or how she was born, depending on your POV).

She could have gone to UConn or Stanford, come out once she stepped foot on campus, and not have to feel badly about her alma mater. She could have even gone to t.u., got it on with Bev, and kept her on the payroll a couple more years.

I had an account banned for mentioning LSU's conditioning/cramps against HUNH. LSU button is huge.

A&M

-Bonfire
-Comparing cadets (and in Maximus' case, current servicemembers and veterans) to Nazis

For t.u. besides Charles Whitman, it's anything based in logic or reason that renders moot their point of view.

It's pretty much just him. It doesn't take much to set him off and for some reason everything is always political with him.

From a couple of coaches I've spoken to from that area, I know for a fact that her recruitment by Baylor had impermissible benefits that rivaled some given to football players.
