At work. Mostly reading the internet and slowly filling out a spreadsheet. Good news is already 3 hours down in this workday. Super early mornings. Yay.
Happy birthday Tbird!

Closing on the new house this morning... Then moving the entire rest of the day... My butthole is gonna draw up pretty tight when this cashier's check gets cut out of my account at 9 o'clock.
Happy Bday TBird

Congrats on the house. Couldn't have timed it much better with rates still so low. I'm going to be a little bit late to the party.
Enjoy it.
Enjoy it.

I was slow getting up this morning but I'm working on about 6 hours of sleep

I haven't looked but I would assume rates are going to stay low for a while. Me and the gf will probably start looking for places again in 2 months, the only issue is deciding on where to go to school.

Congrats on the house Reggie.

Rates all depend on the economy. The Fed seems content to keep them super low for now, but I can't imagine they don't start trickling up by this time in 2016 (when I will be house hunting) with the economy getting better.

Yea the fed is going to keep them super low for a while. 2016 they might rise depending on who gets elected. If rand somehow fights off the tards on the right without becoming mittens then he might be able to take down HRC with a skilled vicious campaign. Rand gets in and the economy should start to take off.

The economy is primed to get going in the right direction no matter what happens in 2016. These debt/credit crisis are just motherfrickers to unwind. England is up and running again. We've been ahead of the curve in terms of the recovery. So unless we get another shock, say in the form of a Chinese debt crisis, the economy should slowly start rumbling forward faster and faster.
Now with some smarter government...we could get moving much faster. Since that seems impossible, the current trend still looks good.

Hey TBird I would like to bring to attention to my post linked in the A&M access thread because that was almost a year ago. I'm not a hater just wasn't that fond of JFF. Sorry for hijacking thread just wanted to tell you.

It's all good, man
I try not to post in the vote threads too much so I don't sway anything one way or another, but I have no problem with ya. If I or WCA have a problem with a poster, they usually don't get a vote thread.
Best of luck!
