Any of y'all in Mississippi familiar with this kid. Is GP stretching or is it possible he found another under-recruited kid?

Looks like Cincy, Memphis, ULL, ULM offers only. Any info on this kid whatsoever? I didn't even know he had an offer.

His hudl is a minute and a half long with only one remotely impressive play. Coaches must have seen him do stuff at camps that they liked.

Coaches get actual game film. Rate kids the right way, not off of a 3 min highlight tape.

Well, either way he's under-recruited right now. But if Mizzou has a solid history of developing under-rated kids, and they also have a history of pulling talented and highly-rated WRs (Gordon-Beckham), then I'd say the money should be on this kid being a good one for y'all in the end....

Must have impressed your coaching staff in some way, camp or coaches visit. Probably saw a playmaker in him.

If Gary Pinkel is recruiting him then yes he is probably a good player and will probably get more offers this season. If I was a coach, every kid Mizzou offers that no one else does should get a 2nd or 3rd look.

Believe me, that's not uncommon. Gets to be frustrating at times.

Gulfport plays in the highest division (6A) in the state. They aren't one of the elite high school teams like South Panola or Oak Grove, but they usually have a solid team.

Thanks. Just not familiar with that area at all as far as high school football goes because Mizzou has never really ventured there in the past.

He had 80 catches, 1,000 yards, and 13 TDs last season. He's also a track guy. We like him in the slot.
