Agree except 5* safeties. 5*LBs as a unit. Everything else yes. Maybe OL a low 4 if we start the right guys.

CRob/Jackson/Kelly/Brown/Hill

Besides Landon Collins I don't see as a group (since 2 are required to play the position) how we have a 5* safeties, I don't know who gets the starting nod Geno? Jarrick, Nick, Hootie...LB's are a debatable 4*/5* we just don't have that proven guy like we have had in the past with Ro, Dant'e, CJ but we do most definitely have the capable bodies, 0.89 4* borderline 5*...I do agree on the oline that could really be a sleeper pick for bama this year they could be really good.

Who else besides Treadwell is worth watching out for WR's? Treadwell and Moncrief were the only WR's I saw last year...and why do Ole Miss fans think there DLine is so good this year what am I missing beside DK?

DL 4* Flowers, Philon top quality, good depth

Wut? Help me out here. Is there something I missed or don't know? Skipper and Kirkland are back as far as I know...

BTW, with the addition of Cameron Jefferson, Brian Wallace, Frank Ragnow (Wallace and Ragnow true freshman, but too good not to play), I think 4* is in the ballpark.

I would give these guys 2* as of now. Everything else looks right to me.

Vince Sanders(hurt majority of last season), Evan Engram(would have been 1st team All-SEC had he not suffered a season ending injury 6 games in), Quincy Attaboy was highly rated in the 2013 class and originally outplayed Treadwell, and Markell Pack, who our staff rated out dead even with Treadwell.

Our 2012 DLine was outstanding. We have that exact same DLine with the addition of Rob Nkemdiche, Fadol Brown, Marquise Haynes, and Breeland Speaks. We also return the key factor and most underrated player in the country, CJ Johnson.

I tend to agree with you, but OP stated 'nothing below 3*', so that was the lowest rating I gave.
Low 3, high 2.

I do think there is talent, but hasn't performed up to potential - T Mitchell, Will Hines, C Washington and maybe Collins have ability, hoping Jennings coaching makes them a much better unit.

I'm more concerned at safety.

LB will be better, Ellis will really step up, O Peters could be back to form and better, Ramsey may surprise, I think new scheme will help them a bunch.

This is just my opinion (and maybe wishful thinking as well!) Optomistic.

The best units in the SEC are:

qb- Auburn
rb- UGA, LSU and bama
wr- bama and I'm not sure it's close.
ol- auburn with lsu a close second
dl- bama imo with a few teams having studs
lb- bama, look for Evans to play a ton
cb- LSU
s- Ole Miss

rb- UGA, LSU and bama - I'd add AU cuz of play style
wr- bama and I'm not sure it's close. - it's not
ol- auburn with lsu a close second - OL is very open this year in SEC
dl- bama imo with a few teams having studs - lots of great DLs this season
lb- bama, look for Evans to play a ton - add Georgia, for sure.
cb- LSU - add Florida, VH3 is that good.
s- Ole Miss - tough to add Bama right now, but I'd be willing to bet they have no problem finding a great duo by the end of September.

That's three bad 2s to have in the SEC, especially the West.
